The ACES Mobility Coalition today announced that it has signed on to a joint letter supporting the bipartisan discussion draft of the SELF DRIVE Act, recently released by Representatives Bob Latta (R-OH) and Debbie Dingell (D-MI). It reflects broad national support for establishing a modern federal framework to advance the safe deployment of autonomous vehicle (AV) technology in the United States.

The future of autonomous public transportation will take center stage in San Francisco later this week as the ACES Mobility Coalition and its members play a key role at the Eighth Annual Conference on Autonomous Vehicles and Public Transport, hosted by AV America and supported by Global Mass Transit.

The ACES Mobility Coalition today announced its newly elected officers for 2026 and welcomed new public sector board members, further strengthening the coalition’s leadership as it advances autonomous, connected, electric, and shared mobility across the United States.
