ADASTEC Launches the Karsan Autonomous e-JEST at FAV Summit 2025

ree

As one of the most anticipated moments of the 2025 Florida Automated Vehicles (FAV) Summit, ACES Mobility Coalition’s members joined Coalition companies ADASTEC Corp., Beep, Inc., and their partners Karsan, and Damera for the U.S. launch of the Karsan Autonomous e-JEST — automated by ADASTEC’s SAE Level-4 automated driving software platform, flowride.ai. It’s a major step toward scalable, safe, and sustainable public transportation. Damera serves as Karsan’s North American distributor and Beep as service orchestrator.

The FMVSS- and ADA-compliant, Altoona-certified e-JEST is a fully electric minibus designed for real-world public service in the U.S. It builds on the proven success of the Karsan Autonomous e-ATAK — automated by ADASTEC — which has already logged more than 93,000 miles in full autonomy and transported 60,000+ passengers across 12 countries. The e-JEST brings that global experience into a more compact, agile, and accessible vehicle platform.

The autonomous e-JEST will soon be deployed in the Atlanta, Georgia and Altamonte Springs, FL. It’s a timely look at how real-world deployment pathways are coming to life.

A big thank-you to ADASTEC for hosting this launch and to all the Coalition members who continue to champion the future of automated, connected, electric, and shared mobility.

Together, we’re driving the next era of autonomous transit.
